Job Description

Medicover Hospital Group is seeking experienced Multi Skilled Technicians to join their maintenance shift team. This role involves carrying out reactive and planned preventative maintenance across hospital campuses in Poland, Romania, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, and Cyprus.

📌 Main Duties:

  • Carry out weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks (fire alarm checks, lighting tests, compliance inspections, etc.)
  • Perform re-lamping of defective luminaries
  • Handle minor building fabric repairs & decorating tasks
  • Undertake minor plumbing repairs as required
  • Support external landscaping & site upkeep
  • Assist with furniture management, moves, and general maintenance support

✅ Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in a similar maintenance/technician role
  • Good command of English (oral & written)
  • Ability to complete tasks beyond core skills when required
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Dedication to providing high-quality service

💰 Salary & Benefits:

  • Monthly salary: €1,100 – €1,300 (depending on location & experience)
  • Work schedule: Day shifts, 8–9 hours/day, 6 days/week
  • Accommodation: Hostel-style housing (2–3 people/room) provided by the employer
  • Utility fees covered by the employee
