Job Description

A leading Polish development company is recruiting construction specialists and general workers for large-scale projects across Europe.

Available positions:

  1. Mason

  2. Fitter

  3. Concrete worker

  4. Plasterer

  5. Filler-painter

Workers with previous experience can start immediately, while newcomers will receive on-the-job training with career growth opportunities.

🕒 Work Schedule:

  • 8–12 hours/day
  • Monday – Saturday (Sunday off)
  • Extra day-off available upon request
  • Trial period: 1 month (based on qualification level)

✅ Requirements:

  • Men, 20–55 years old
  • No bad habits, good physical fitness
  • Knowledge of safety rules
  • Polish language is an advantage (English is acceptable)

💰 Salary & Benefits:

  • Hourly rate: from 16 PLN/hour net
  • Monthly salary: 3,500 – 6,000 PLN (€1,000 – €1,500)
  • Employment contract after probation
  • Qualification certificates provided after trial
