Job Description

Join the Auchan Retail network as a Warehouse Operative in one of its modern logistics centers across Poland, Romania, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, and Cyprus.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Loading and unloading pallets

  2. Packing, labeling, and scanning goods

  3. Operating an electric forklift (training provided)

  4. Picking food products using a voice headset

  5. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment

  6. Supporting general warehouse tasks

👉 Work may involve chilled warehouse environments.

🕒 Work Schedule:

  • Shifts: 10–12 hours/day (1-hour break)
  • 5–6 days per week

✅ Requirements:

  • Basic English communication skills
  • Physically fit and able to do heavy lifting
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to stay focused and deliver quality service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

💰 Salary & Benefits:

  • Monthly salary: €1,000 – €1,200 (depending on country & hours)
  • Overtime and bonuses may apply
  • Accommodation: Hostel-style housing (3–4 people/room), provided by employer
  • Housing is within walking distance of the workplace
