Terms & Conditions – European Easy Recruit

1. General

By registering with European Easy Recruit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We act as a facilitator for overseas employment, training, and visa support. Please note that final visa approval is always at the discretion of the respective Embassy or Immigration authority.


2. Services

We provide assistance with:

  • Work visa applications (currently available)

  • Training programs (Language & Skilled Work)

  • Documentation and consultation support

Student visa services are under development. Family visa services are not yet available.


3. Training & Certification

  • Training programs (Language or Skilled Work) may be mandatory depending on the job requirements.

  • Certificates provided after training are for skill verification only and do not guarantee employment.


4. Fees & Payments

  • All service and training fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule.

  • Fees for completed services or training are non-refundable.

  • Visa fees and embassy charges are separate and must be paid by the applicant.


5. Applicant Responsibilities

  • Applicants must provide true and correct information/documents.

  • Any false or misleading information may result in cancellation of services without refund.

  • Applicants are responsible for attending embassy interviews, medical checks, and other official requirements.


6. Disclaimer

  • European Easy Recruit does not guarantee job placement or visa approval.

  • Employment contracts are strictly between the applicant and the overseas employer.

  • We are not liable for delays, rejections, or decisions made by embassies, immigration, or third parties.


7. Code of Conduct

  • Applicants must maintain professional and respectful behavior during training and recruitment processes.

  • Any misconduct may lead to termination of services.


8. Confidentiality & GDPR Compliance

  • All personal information and documents provided by applicants are handled in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • We use applicant data only for recruitment and visa purposes.

  • We do not sell or share personal data with unauthorized third parties.

  • Applicant information is not retained for more than 90 days after the completion of services. After this period, all records are securely deleted.


9. Changes to Terms

European Easy Recruit reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our official communication channels.
